1. Ownership

Loodie is owned and operated by More Creation Apps Limited.

All rights in Loodie are reserved unless expressly stated otherwise.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • the Loodie name;
  • the Loodie logo;
  • the Loodie registered trade mark;
  • app icons;
  • board designs;
  • base labels;
  • chip designs;
  • character names;
  • AI rival profiles;
  • avatar artwork;
  • user interface designs;
  • written content;
  • game rules as expressed in the app;
  • music;
  • sound effects;
  • visual assets;
  • marketing materials;
  • screenshots;
  • code;
  • databases;
  • game systems;
  • scoring systems;
  • Yard Points branding and presentation.

2. Loodie Registered Trade Mark

Loodie is a registered trade mark of More Creation Apps Limited.

You must not use the Loodie name, logo, registered trade mark, similar branding, confusingly similar names or related visual identity without written permission from More Creation Apps Limited.

Unauthorised use of the Loodie registered trade mark may result in legal action.

3. Copyright

Unless otherwise stated, all original Loodie content is protected by copyright and owned by More Creation Apps Limited or its licensors.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, edit, modify, upload, sell, license, publish, display, extract, scrape, imitate or commercially exploit Loodie content without written permission.

This includes copying Loodie artwork, characters, board layouts, logos, game assets, music, sound effects or app screenshots for another game, app, product, website, video, social media campaign or commercial project.

4. Music and Sound

Loodie may include original, licensed, commissioned, AI-assisted or royalty-free music and sound effects.

All music and sound effects used in Loodie are either owned by More Creation Apps Limited or used under licence.

You must not:

  • extract music from the app;
  • reuse Loodie music in your own project;
  • upload Loodie music to streaming platforms;
  • remix, sample or redistribute Loodie music;
  • sell or license Loodie audio;
  • claim ownership of Loodie music or sound effects.

If a music track or sound effect requires attribution, the attribution will be displayed in the app credits, copyright page, settings page or another suitable place.

5. User-Created Avatars and Customisation

If Loodie lets users create avatars, names or custom settings, users may use those features inside the Loodie app.

However, More Creation Apps Limited owns or controls the underlying avatar system, character creator, artwork layers, app tools, style, interface and generated presentation inside Loodie.

Users must not use Loodie avatar assets to create competing games, commercial products, NFTs, merchandise or external assets without written permission.

6. Third-Party Rights

Some tools, fonts, frameworks, music, audio, images or code libraries may be used under third-party licences.

More Creation Apps Limited respects third-party intellectual property rights. Where attribution or licence notices are required, they may appear in the app, credits page, source files, documentation or website.

7. No Permission to Copy

Using Loodie does not give you ownership of any Loodie intellectual property.

You are only granted a limited right to use the app for personal entertainment in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.

8. Reporting Copyright or Registered Trade Mark Concerns

If you believe Loodie contains material that infringes your copyright, registered trade mark or other rights, contact:

Please include:

  • your full name;
  • your contact details;
  • details of the work, registered trade mark or right you claim is infringed;
  • a description of the content you are complaining about;
  • evidence that you own the rights or are authorised to act;
  • the action you are requesting;
  • a statement that the information you provide is accurate.

We will review legitimate complaints and take appropriate action.
