1. About Loodie

Loodie is a Jamaican-inspired mobile board game owned and operated by More Creation Apps Limited.

These Terms and Conditions explain the rules for using the Loodie app, website, game features, artwork, music, avatars, characters, text, logos and related services.

By using Loodie, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the app.

2. Ownership of Loodie

Loodie, including the app name, logo, game concept, visual design, character names, avatar artwork, board design, chip designs, user interface, music, sound effects, written content and related branding, is owned by More Creation Apps Limited or used under licence.

Loodie is a registered trade mark of More Creation Apps Limited.

You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, imitate or use the Loodie name, logo, registered trade mark, artwork, music, sound effects, characters, board design or other assets without written permission from More Creation Apps Limited.

3. Licence to Use the App

More Creation Apps Limited grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Loodie for personal entertainment.

You may not:

  • copy, resell, rent, lease or commercially exploit the app;
  • reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the app's source code;
  • copy or reuse Loodie's artwork, logo, board design, avatars, music or branding;
  • use the Loodie name or registered trade mark for another product or service;
  • interfere with the app, servers, code, gameplay systems or security features;
  • cheat, exploit bugs, manipulate game logic or abuse AI systems;
  • use the app for unlawful, harmful, abusive or fraudulent purposes.

4. Gameplay

Loodie is a digital board game inspired by Jamaican Ludi/Ludo-style gameplay. The app may include features such as:

  • AI rivals;
  • character avatars;
  • dice rolling;
  • match formats;
  • Yard Points;
  • rival records;
  • sound effects;
  • reggae-inspired music;
  • game settings;
  • locally stored progress or statistics.

Game results depend on a mix of game rules, dice rolls, player decisions and AI rival behaviour. More Creation Apps Limited may update, rebalance, improve or change gameplay features from time to time.

5. AI Rivals and Game Logic

Loodie may include AI-controlled rivals with different personalities and playing styles. AI rivals are part of the game experience and should not be treated as human players.

The app may use local AI systems or approved AI services to improve game behaviour, commentary, strategy or player experience. The core game rules, dice rolls, legal moves, scoring and winner detection remain controlled by the Loodie game system.

6. Avatars, Names and User-Created Content

Loodie may allow users to create avatars, customise names or save game preferences.

You must not create, upload or enter anything that is:

  • offensive, hateful, racist, abusive or threatening;
  • sexually explicit or inappropriate for younger users;
  • defamatory or unlawful;
  • designed to impersonate another person;
  • infringing someone else's copyright, registered trade mark, image rights or other rights.

More Creation Apps Limited may remove, restrict or reset content that breaches these Terms or creates a legal, safety or technical risk.

7. Music and Sound

Loodie may include original, licensed, commissioned, AI-assisted or royalty-free music and sound effects.

All music and audio used in Loodie is owned by More Creation Apps Limited or used under licence. Users must not extract, copy, redistribute, remix, upload, sell or reuse Loodie music or audio outside the app without written permission.

If any third-party music or audio licence requires attribution, Loodie may display attribution inside the app, on a credits page or in another suitable location.

8. Payments and App Store Rules

Loodie may be distributed through app stores or web platforms. If the app includes paid downloads, subscriptions, in-app purchases or adverts, those features may also be governed by the terms of the relevant app store, payment provider or platform.

More Creation Apps Limited is not responsible for payment processing errors, refund decisions or account issues controlled by third-party app stores or payment providers.

9. Updates and Availability

More Creation Apps Limited may update, improve, suspend, withdraw or change Loodie at any time.

We will try to keep the app available and working properly, but we do not guarantee that Loodie will always be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every device or available in every location.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • use Loodie in a way that breaks the law;
  • attempt to hack, damage or overload the app;
  • use bots, scripts or automated tools to manipulate gameplay;
  • exploit bugs or glitches;
  • interfere with other users;
  • copy or scrape app content;
  • misuse the Loodie registered trade mark, branding, artwork or music.

11. Intellectual Property Complaints

If you believe content in Loodie infringes your copyright, registered trade mark or other rights, contact us at:

Please include:

  • your name and contact details;
  • details of the work or right you claim is infringed;
  • the content you are complaining about;
  • evidence of ownership or authority to act;
  • a clear explanation of the issue.

12. Limitation of Liability

Loodie is provided for entertainment purposes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, More Creation Apps Limited is not liable for indirect losses, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, device issues, platform outages, user misuse or third-party service failures.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or other liability that cannot be excluded under law.

13. Privacy

Your use of Loodie is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use and protect personal data.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make important changes, we may notify users inside the app, on our website or through another suitable method.

Continued use of Loodie after the Terms are updated means you accept the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes will be subject to the courts of England and Wales, unless consumer protection laws in your country give you additional rights.
